From profile to the first day on site, all in the same portal

  1. Trade Partner Profile

Company, specialties, years in business, crew, own vehicles and tools.

  2. Prequalification

W-9, COI and registrations in the private area, plus a demonstration job of your specialty: in a job simulation, your company organizes the crew, logs an issue and follows how the work goes through measurement and approval.

  3. Invitation, proposal and release

First your company receives the scope, the plans and the project video, reviews the conditions and sends its proposal. Once there is an agreement, come the contract, the alignment and the release to start.

  4. Daily job log

From the phone, the field lead logs crew and hours, shows progress with photos and flags what needs an answer from PineLand.

Approved companies can receive new invitations according to demand, availability and delivery history.

What every owner asks before signing up

Welcome video, 90 seconds
Coming soon to this page.

Who is this sign-up for?

For subcontractor companies that perform a specialty. General Contractors do not sign up here.

Does signing up guarantee work?

No. Approval makes your company eligible to receive invitations when there is a job matching the specialty, the region and the availability.

Who pays my company, and when?

PineLand hires and pays your company. Payment terms, the progress billing process and any retainage vary by job and are stated in the proposal, before the contract.

Do I need to speak English?

It is not required to introduce the company. The portal works in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Each invitation states the communication requirements of that job, such as talking directly with the superintendent.

Does applying or the preparation cost anything?

No. Introducing the company is free. When a job asks for crew preparation, PineLand runs the preparation for that project at no cost to your company.

When do I get an answer about prequalification?

As soon as you send the profile, the portal confirms it was received and shows the status of each step. You follow the review in the portal, and PineLand contacts you at the registered email when there is a decision.

How does my company ask for extra work?

Through the portal, before doing it. Extra work only counts with a change order approved in writing by PineLand, with scope, amount and schedule.

What if only part of the payment application is approved?

The approved part goes to payment. The pending part comes back with the written reason and what is missing to close it.

Can I decline an invitation when my crew is busy?

Yes. Declining an invitation does not remove your company from the network.

Who sees my documents?

Only authorized PineLand staff see your documents, through temporary links. They are kept in private, encrypted storage. Documents of profiles that are not approved or become inactive are deleted 24 months after the last activity. Details in the Privacy Policy.

Does my company stay independent?

Yes. You organize and run your crew. Each invitation states the access and identification rules of that job before you accept.
