These Terms of Use govern the Trade Partners site and the partner portal run by PineLand Construction Trade Partners. By requesting an access link or using the portal, your company agrees to these terms.
1. Who can sign up
The program is for construction trade companies that hold the registrations, licenses and insurance their work requires. The person who signs up confirms they can act on behalf of the company.
2. No guarantee of work
Submitting a profile, completing the prequalification or being approved does not guarantee an invitation, a job, a minimum volume or any payment. Invitations depend on demand, availability, location and delivery history.
3. Independent companies
Partner companies are independent businesses. Nothing on this site creates employment, partnership, franchise or agency. Each job, when it happens, is governed by its own written contract.
4. Accurate information
Your company is responsible for keeping its profile, documents, insurance and licenses true, complete and current. Expired or false information can end the prequalification or the partnership.
5. Demonstration job
The demonstration job is a fictional case used only to understand how your company plans and runs a job. It is not an invitation, a bid request or a commitment from either side.
6. Use of the portal
The access link is personal and works once. Do not share it. Do not upload content you have no right to share, malicious files or personal data of third parties beyond what the forms ask for. We may suspend access that puts the portal or other users at risk.
7. Platform
The site and the portal are operated by FourBuilt, which provides the technology on behalf of PineLand Construction Trade Partners. FourBuilt does not hire, evaluate or invite partner companies.
8. Ending access
Your company can ask to close its profile at any time by email. We can end access or decline a profile at our discretion. Records are kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
The site and the portal are provided as available. To the extent the law allows, PineLand Construction Trade Partners and FourBuilt are not liable for indirect or lost profit damages that come from using or not being able to use the site.
10. Changes
We can update these terms. The new version shows its date on this page, and your company accepts it again at the next sign in.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
