This policy explains what PineLand Construction Trade Partners collects through the Trade Partners site and portal, why, and how it is protected. We do not sell personal information.
Who is responsible
PineLand Construction Trade Partners decides how the information is used. The site and the portal are operated by FourBuilt, which stores and processes the information only on our behalf and under our instructions.
What we collect
- Contact: name, email and phone of the person who signs up.
- Company: legal name, specialties, service areas, crew and similar jobs.
- Documents: W-9, certificate of insurance, registrations and licenses. The W-9 includes a taxpayer identification number (EIN or SSN).
- Demonstration job: the answers your company gives in the fictional case.
- Technical: sign in times, IP address, browser and the record of which version of these documents was accepted.
How we use it
- To evaluate the prequalification and contact your company.
- To invite approved companies to jobs and prepare contracts and payments.
- To confirm insurance and licenses and meet legal and tax duties.
- To keep the portal secure and prove acceptance of these terms.
Who we share it with
- FourBuilt and the providers it uses for hosting, storage and email, only to run the portal.
- Insurers, auditors or authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell, rent or share information for advertising.
Tax ID and documents
Documents are stored in private storage, encrypted in transit and at rest. They open only through temporary links for authorized PineLand Construction Trade Partners staff. We follow the Massachusetts data security rules (201 CMR 17.00) for personal information such as taxpayer numbers.
How long we keep it
- Active and approved companies: while the relationship lasts and for the period tax and contract rules require after it.
- Declined or inactive profiles: 24 months after the last activity, then documents and profile data are deleted.
- Acceptance records: as long as needed to prove which terms were accepted.
Your choices
Your company can ask to see, correct or delete its information by writing to contact@pinelandconstgroup.com. We answer within 30 days. Some records may be kept when the law requires it.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: the session cookie that keeps your portal open (30 days) and the language cookie (1 year). There are no advertising or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to turn off.
Security incidents
If a breach affects your information, we notify your company and the authorities as the law of your state requires.
Minors
The program is for businesses. It is not meant for people under 18.
Changes
When this policy changes, the new version shows its date on this page and is accepted again at the next sign in.
